7 Sequassen Street

Constructed of reinforced concrete. This structure has five stories with a sawtooth-monitor roof. It was constructed during World War I, before the United States officially entered the hostilities. The North Armory was originally used for the production of gun barrels.  After being vacated by the Colt Fire Arms Company, it was leased for commercial and light industrial purposes, including storage. Currently, the building consists of four stories of luxury apartments, with commercial space on the ground floor.
